Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

I have been dying to make these Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries since I found them on Pinterest. I’m all about making personal little treats vs. a pie or a cake. It makes you feel like it was prepared specially for you! They look to be complicated and time consuming, but are definitely one of the easiest desserts I have ever made. I followed this recipe and subsititued the almonds for graham crackers. These stuffed strawberries are going to make their debut appearance at my best friend’s bridal shower in June. Next mission: to find an elegant display to serve a large group of people.
